Piano Instruction
Piano instruction is available for students ages 5 through adult.
I teach students of all levels from beginning to advanced. My focus on instruction is centered around technique and expression. From the beginning, students learn proper finger technique, wrist motion, weight placement of the arm, and relaxation.
Lessons are 30 minutes for beginning level students, 45 and 60 minutes for intermediate to advanced.
Lessons are taught in my home in Downers Grove on a Steinway grand piano. I teach in students' homes in the following areas: Hinsdale, Oak Brook, and Clarendon Hills.
Students perform in 2 recitals each year and in 2 competitions. The recitals and competitions are not mandatory but highly recommended.
